"Visitors From The Future And Beyond" EPISODE I "More Than Meets The Eye" Unfortunately the battles have almost drained all of Hill Valley's energy resources and many citizens are left without power for their homes, schools, businesses, places of entertainment, etc. Now the city resembles a blackout nightmare scenario with police, national guard and other emergency personnel rushing about to help restore power to many unhappy customers but at the moment it appears as if nothing is going to change the situation crisis. At the same time, within the walls of the Institute of Future Technology (Back To The Future The Ride) the headquarters of the Resistance an emergency meeting is taking place amoung the humans and mutants trying to figure out how to solve this puzzling problem while simultanously trying to stop the Syndicate terrorist forces from taking over Hill Valley and ruling the future! ACE: Any luck, Chris? CHRIS: Negative, bro. All signs of Hill Valley are still blacker as midnight. CHUCK: Not good news I wanted to hear, grandson. ACE: I agree, uncle. Unless a new supply of energy is found, nobody is gonna win this war. EMMETT: Great Scott! Something must be done and soon or I fear the worse. KIMBERLY: When do we start the search mission? ACE: Soon as you're ready to launch. EMMETT: Excellent idea, junior. In that case, I'll go prep our time machine for immediate departure. CHUCK: I think I'll tag along. CHRIS: So we're going into space, huh? BIFF: Looks that way, brother. Where is this other energy source anyway? ACE: Out there, BIFF: Whoa, man! You mean we gotta time-travel? KIMBERLY: I believe it's the only way. CHRIS: Wow, time-travel, just like uncle Emmett talks about. ACE: Yes, my father who invented time travel. MARTY: Count me in, sounds like fun. ASH: Me too, right Picaku? PICAKU: Pica! Even the mutant friends from the planet Mobius; Sonic, Tails, Sally, Amy and Knuckles volunteered to accept this dangerous mission to seek out another energy source as well as Lightyear and Annabelle also accepting this challenge to save Earth. But while this was going on...unbeknownst to the Freedom Fighters they were being spied upon by none other than the evil doctor himself, Ivo Eggman Robotnick! Dr. Robotnick had been listening in to the whole conversation about traveling into space in search of another energy source and now was anxious about returning to homebase to tell his boss about this news he just overheard. EGGMAN ROBOTNICK: Hmm, interesting, heh-heh-heeh. And with that the doctor zooms away on his personal hoverpod transport back to New World Order headquarters located within an abandoned, run-down warehouse on the outskirts of the city where at that same moment, the space pirate Borf is making his own plans of conquering the future. BORF: If there's a new source of energy to be found, the Syndicate must find it first. EGGMAN ROBOTNICK: Boss! BORF: Oh? And what news did you bring me, doctor? EGGMAN ROBOTNICK: I have discovered that the Resistance are preparing to time travel into space in search of another source of energy. BORF: Is that so? From the shadows stepped a figure dressed from head to foot in a multi-color armored suit complete with helmet & facemask, gloves, boots, cape and two curved horns on each side of the helmet. This is Lord Zurg the evil warlord of the universe and master to Borf. ZURG: What is your command, my apprentice? BORF: Master, ZURG: Fear not, commander. Hill Valley shall remain as you leave it. I shall gladly await your safe return from your mission. BORF: Thank you, master. Now it's merely a matter of time until Space Ace admits defeat. BELLADONNA: The Freedom Fighters would have lost eons ago if I've been calling the shots. BORF: Bella, only a selected few ever lead. BELLADONNA: Hah! BORF: Never! |
